It seems that you do not have the latest version of the theme and plugins. You can update our theme (version 1.2.1) by performing the following steps:
Pre-Step: Deactivate and Delete all bundled plugins that come with the theme, especially the Core(CPT) plugin. This way they will be updated along with the theme as well.
1. Download latest All files & documentation file from ThemeForest (your Downloads page) 2. Extract it and locate imogen.zip 3. Extract imogen.zip and locate imogen folder 4. Copy/Replace the content of imogen folder to /wp-content/themes/imogen folder of your web site.
Using this method, none of the existing content or settings will be lost. Also, you will have to do this with FTP client that you're using.
