Icons are not being shown in iPhone Chrome

    When I open the website in my iPhone using Chrome, the icons are not being shown (menu icon on the header, social icons on the footer, etc.) .

    I've checked and with Android mobiles is working and with Safari it's working too. So I guess it is jus Chrome app in iPhone. I've check in different iPhone devices, all of them have the same issue.


    It was working until know, I could see the icons correctly before today.

    Hello Julia,

    I apologize for the late reply, we have been getting a lot of messages daily and are trying our best to keep up with every request. I hope you can understand.

    In order to fix this issue please follow these steps:

    First you log in to your FTP server and find the root folder of your wordperss installation (you can see the ‘wp-admin’, ‘wp-content’ etc folders there)

    Create a new file, name it just ‘.htaccess’ (without quotes),

    Next select that .htaccess file and edit it. (or if you don’t see the edit option, copy this file to your local PC, edit it locally in a text editor, add the code I’ve shown below save the file) then move the file back to the ftp server into same location)

    Then, paste this code into that file, save the file and upload it back to your FTP server into the same folder.

    # Apache config
    <FilesMatch ".(eot|ttf|otf|woff)">
     Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
    </FilesMatch>

    Your icons should be working now.

    Thanks for your answer. It was a problem with the hosting cache. But I will have this solution in mind if something similar happens to me again.
