So I want the the menu item "fashion" to have the widget that is in the demo- that has layout 1 when you click it. I've tried using the dropdown widget, setting the menu item to wide, and choosing the specific widget. It is still not working.
You can create a wide menu by following these guidelines below →
Before that you need to add proper widget within some Custom Widget area →

I have been investigating your issue, but unfortunately was unable to find the cause of the problem, on my WordPress installation of this theme, everything works fine. I would suggest that you try to deactivate all of your 3rd party plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, please write back in and we will try to provide an alternative solution.
