    I cannot change or remove the background image on any page that has a title background image. I want to change it to a different image. Even when I turn off the title area, it is still there.

    Hello there,

    Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing our theme!

    You can edit the background image of the title area by navigating to Pages > All Pages > edit the page in question > Elated Title > Background Image. (see image below)

    Note that, there are General options (Elated options > Title) and there are page options (Elated title on page backend). So if you set in page options image, it will overwrite the one in general options. 

    Please note that from Friday, April 26 through Sunday, May 5 many of our employees will be on leave due to the Easter and Labour Day holidays. 

    Because of this, there might be a slight delay in ticket replies. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this might cause.  We will be back in full capacity on Monday, May 6.
