Hello, I've tried importing the Amedo Demo for two days now and it won't fully complete. I have followed multiple instructions to make sure that my wifi is good and that there are no other programs open. I believe there is something wrong if it stays at 90% for over 24 hours. Thank you.
Also if those are fine, while waiting you should have your console view open (F12) and if there is some error while import is going on, just refresh the page and try again. You may have to repeat this process few times but it should work eventually.

what the hell this theme can you please refund my amount right because i dont want to continue wid this theme now its rally fade-up my mind and even this is not responsive and mobile friendly also you can see this screenshots

Anyhow, we have no issues with Amedeo 1.2 running on WP 5.2 so this may be something on your end that needs checked, it is not possible to provide exact reason or solution for this without checking this in your back-end.
It is possible that something has not been installed/adjusted correctly, or it can be that some 3rd party plugin causes this issue.
I see that you have one ticket for some other theme. Please submit a new ticket along with wp-admin access (in PRIVATE REPLY) and one of our support agents will assist you as soon as possible.

What I suggest that you especially pay attention to from this guide are:
Check server resources which you can do with following plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/
