Here is what you can do. Go to edit the post for which this is showing. While there click on the Screen Options in the right top corner which will open the options on the screenshot below:
Make sure that Excerpt is checked, and then scroll down to Excerpt section:
Check if there is a shortcode in Excerpt field, and delete it if it is. After saving changes it should be gone, but if this doesn't solve the issue, please provide us your wp-admin credentials in private reply so we can take a closer look at this.
