    Hello,

    My website works perfectly with your theme but the mobile menu doesn't work.

    I used an ID row to make the menu, for instance : 

    - to go to "Contact" I created the ID "http://construire-villa-marrakech.fr/#contact"

    - in the menu I added a personnalised link named "Contact" with the URL above

    On PC it's ok but not on tablet and smarthone : the problem is when we click on the menu we stay at the same place, and we don't go to the targeted link.

    I even created another menufollowing the steps in your documentation but the problem remains the same.

    I checked the responsive options and all the theme options but nothing could help me solve this, can you help me please ?

    Hello,

    I had a webdesigner friend checked the dashboard and my website to see the problem and he said it's from the theme itself.

    The theme does not allow the mobile menu to function in the one page configuration.

    Please can you fix this, my client launched an AdWord campaign for the website and I would like not to be penalised with this problem.

    We are terribly sorry but achieving this would require some custom coding, but we are not in a position to accept any custom work, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers.

    Hello John,

    Thanks for your reply, I undestand but I'm not happy with it's content.

    I purchased your theme knowing I could have a responsive onepage website. I followed your instructions in the documentation but it's still doesn't work. Also there were not any mention ofan additionnal programming step to activate this simple function.

    If I had to know programming or to pay a programmer just for that, I would never have purchased your theme.

    I used to work with other premium themes and I never had this problem.


    I sincerely think that you need to fix this bug otherwise the description of the theme and its options is wrong.

    In the support you are supposed to fix bugs, and this one is a big one concerning responsive design : the mobile menu of the onepage option isn't working and it's a bug from your theme code whereas I did exactly what you put in your documentation.

    Therefore the latest version of your theme isn't complete, and worst, it does not do what was promised.


    I hope you undestand my point of view and I'm sorry if I seem angry but my client in unhappy with his website because of this bug.

    We will forward this issue to our dev team, and it will hopefully be fixed and included in our next update.

    I also want to thank you for notifying us of this problem, since we were completely unaware of it's existance as it was present from our theme's first version, and yet nobody has reported it until now.

    Hopefully it will be fixed soon thanks to you.
