    How do I replace an image from the demo i downloaded with my own image.  i've been at this for 3 hours and can't figure it out.  Beyond frustrated.  Please help

    Could you please be more specific as to what you'd like us to help you with? If possible please include screenshots and links to the pages in question so that we could provide you with a more precise answer.

    Also it would be helpful if you could provide us with your wp-admin details(in a private ticket) so we can log in and investigate this further?

    I'm pretty unhappy with this product so far.  I did write a ticket with my wp-admin details, regarding some issues I was having with the menu, I never got a response since before cinco de Mayo.  I bought your product weeks ago, in hopes it would help me out with a school project, deadline is in a couple of days...oh well!  I am still having issues with the menu.  I feel like communication with this help desk has just been false hope and a waste of time.  Wish I could get a refund since I can't get the time I spent trouble shooting and waiting to get help.
