Hello, I can’t select an image to my post. I’m able to upload it to media but selecting the image to my post doesn’t work.
In the page I'm creating, I want an image gallery to show, so I've selected image gallery from visual composer, it takes me to media gallery to select images, after selecting the images and click on add image button, nothing happens.
We tested this in a local environment with the Image Gallery element and everything is working well.
We see that on your Gallery page you are using this element and you have images that don't come with the theme. Has the issue been resolved in the meantime?
If not, do you mind providing us with temporary wp-admin access so we can look into this?

This stuff isn't working. I can't afford to be adding one image at a time when I have over 100 images to add plus even adding the 1 image at a time still takes a whole lot of trials and reloading before it would work. Could you please look into this? it's frustrating.
This issue is most likely because of the lacking server resources you have. You can check them with the WP-ServerInfo plugin I have just installed on your website. Simply navigate to Dashboard > WP-ServerInfo > Display PHP Information and search for the following resources and make sure they are set to at least the following minimums:
post_max_size = 256M
max_input_vars = 3000

Maybe try to add one image at the time, even though I tested adding multiple images at once, and it worked but with a few seconds delay.
