Hi there,
While in your admin panel you can go to WooCommerce -> Settings in Accounts & Privacy tab, you have a Guest checkout option:
If you check these to boxes, you should be able to add products to cart before you log in, and also be allowed to log in during the checkout.
You could also look at some options below, they may be also of some use to you.
