In our local version where we use Blog: Masonry Full Width, the mobile version shows only one column. (see image below)
could you please check if that would fix the issue on your side? If not please provide us with your wp-admin details(in a private ticket) so we can log in and investigate this further.
Also it would be helpful if you could be more specific as to what you'd like us to help you with. If possible please include screenshots and links to the pages in question so that we could provide you with a more precise answer.
