    Dear support team,

    I have few question:

Which are the plugin included in the theme purchased for whom I do not need to buy any license ?

    • WPBakery Page Builder > do I need to buy any license to create the copy of the website (as they recommend ?) or it is not necessary ?

    • Translation > do the theme have any language translation plugin ? or which is the best supported I should buy?

•Akismet - Anti Spam > even in this case they ask me to purchase the license.

Please inform me if should I get some license from you to use this plugin and what's at best to be done.

    Thanks a lot

    Hello Erika,

Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing our theme!

    1) The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as a theme authors, have purchased an extended licence for them (WPBakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution in this case). That means you don't have to activate them and they'll work for you regardless of that.

In the following text we'll explain how the bundled plugins work:

Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon.

Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

When a plugin is updated, the theme author will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

You can read more about this here:
    https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins

    2) To translate any label in the theme, you would have to use a 3rd party plugin such as WPML or Loco Translate or Polylang.

This way, you'd be able to translate string of any kind, including the Widget Area names and titles, as well as WooCommerce labels. These plugins are quite straight-forward and easy to use even for the least experienced users. Have in mind that only WPML is tested with our themes, so others might not work perfectly with every element of the theme, but from the feedback of our users, in most cases, there are no problems.

Additionally, if you want to manually translate some strings and go more into details, you can use some translation software like Poedit

Note that when translating labels from plugins, you will generate files like domain-RU.mo and domain-RU.po. And you need to rename these to follow this expample: core-plugin-ru_RU.mo and core-plugin-ru_RU.po.

    3) Akismet - Anti Spam has both free and paid version.

You can find pricing plans and their differences here: https://akismet.com/wordpress/

So if you are in need of any of those extra features paid plan includes you can buy it, but if not you can use free version.

Also note that each theme installation requires separate license. For example if you install the theme on another domain, you create a new instance. An overview about all licenses can be found here: http://themeforest.net/licenses , but if this article doesn’t answer your question we recommend to contact Envato directly.

If there's anything else we can help you with, don't hesitate to write in.

    Best regards!

    Joey
