Hope this helps, however, if you are still having trouble with this please provide us with your wp-admin details(in a private ticket) so we can log in and do it for you.
Also I see that you rated our theme with under-average score and we are doing our best to make sure the theme or the support do not deserve a rating that low.
Can I please ask you to reconsider the rating, because we really do our best to provide as best customer support as possible.

Hi dear i tried lots of time to do everything for this but there is no fix this issue , i can give you my id password but if you will share the screen and come online
Unfortunately we do not offer screen sharing or other forms of support other than through this very ticketing system.
However, I can assure you that once we receive your WordPress login details along with the link to the admin panel of your website we will finish the import or at the very least pinpoint the reason you were unable to complete the import and tell you the solution.
