Hi, the submission form seems to not working quiet right. when I submit a new list (it shows a simple form) , click submit and it loads another form with more details, then I click submit icon again, it shows submission success but there are two same lists on my list section. How to fix it? Thx
I've tested this on our WordPress installation but was unable to reproduce the issue. It worked perfectly fine.
We would need to take a closer look at the website in order to figure out what is causing this issue.
But, before we do that, you'll need to try disabling all 3rd party plugins and leave only the ones that came with the theme. If this solves the issue, start activating plugins one by one until you find out which was causing the problem.
If the issue is still present after deactivating the plugins, please provide wp-admin credentials (in private reply) and we will take a closer look.
