Masonry Grid Error

I've recently had my site moved to a new host where I'm encountering a JS error that is impacting the Masonry Media Grid from showing.

Old host is still showing correctly at https://uzcz45w1.dreamwp.com/

New host showing the error at https://zirkys.kinsta.cloud/

    Error screenshot is attached.

I'm not very skilled at JS & understand it can be days between responses on these tickets so appreciate if you are able to provide any step by step feedback to how I can fix this issue?

    Hi there,

I've investigated your issue, and it seems that WPBakery is auto-generating some element-id's when displaying elements, so when you merged from one hosting to another, this id is probably just copied and this is why it doesn't work. If you try and recreate this element with WPBakery this should solve the issue.

However if the issue still persists, you should provide us your wp-admin credentials (in private reply) so we can investigate this further.

    Best regards!

    Joey

    Hello again,

In order to investigate the issue, I've installed default WordPress theme - Twenty Nineteen, and created a test page with only Masonry Media Grid element, but the issues persisted:

This means that the problem you are facing is not theme related, it probably has to do something with plugins conflicting. As I've noticed you have older WPBakery version, which is the latest one compatible with our theme, but all the other 3rd party plugins are up to date, so it is possible that there is some conflict between them.

Anyway I'd suggest that you try disabling all 3rd party plugins and leave only the Elated plugins, and WPBakery. If it works that way, you should than activate the plugins one by one until you find out which was causing the issue. When you find it, the solution would be to downgrade it to the version that is compatible with your WPBakery's version.

The other possible solution would be that you update whole theme, and after this you could update the plugins as well. Please note that you should deactivate all Elated plugins before the update, especially the Core plugin. For the rest of the instructions you can refer to this helpful video tutorial:
