    Hi,

    I've been having several issues with the blog section. I've tried to create a boxed layout with a slider on the right, however, the text overlaps the Slider. I've tried different settings and options and nothing seems to be working (except for one post where I tested something and it worked, then I tried to replicate those same settings in the other posts and it still isn't working).

    Please see attached photos for reference. In the post, I have the elated setting as "boxed" and the "1/3 right" sidebar. One screenshot shows the only post where I've been able to fix it. The other one shows the overlap.

    Hello there,

    I apologize for the belated reply, we have been getting a lot of messages daily and are trying our best to keep up with every request. I hope you can understand.

    Please navigate to the post in question and scroll to Elated Post > Sidebar Layout and select the sidebar layout you'd prefer. (see image below)

    If this does not fix the issue please provide us with your wp-admin details(in a private ticket) so we can log in and investigate this further.

    Hello again,

    I apologize for the belated reply once more.

    First please try to deactivate all of your third party plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, please try switching to the parent theme and updating it to the latest version by performing the following steps:

    Pre-Step: Deactivate and Delete all bundled plugins that come with the theme, especially the Core(CPT) plugin. This way they will be updated along with the theme as well.

    1. Download latest All files & documentation file from ThemeForest (your Downloads page)
    2. Extract it and locate bonvoyage.zip
    3. Extract bonvoyage.zip and locate bonvoyage folder
    4. Copy/Replace the content of bonvoyage folder to /wp-content/themes/bonvoyage folder of your web site.

    Using this method, none of the existing content or settings will be lost. Also, you will have to do this with FTP client that you're using.

    If you are not familiar with this process please let us know and we will do it for you.

    Hope this helps if not please leave the plugins deactivated and let us know so that we could inspect the issue further.
