Where can i change the definitions of this form? Because in one page i want this newsletter form and in another i want a different one. Where can i change the footer form in each page?

You can change the Contact Form 7 in the footer by navigating to Appearance > Widgets > Footer Top Column 2 > Sahel Contact Form 7 Widget. (see image below)
However, you cannot use this to customize the widget for some pages only. Achieving this will require some custom coding, but we are not in a position to accept any custom work, because we primarily need to focus on providing Theme Support to all customers. We hope you understand.
In case you are not familiar with programming, you could hire someone to do this for you. You could look for someone who you can hire for this kind of job at the following link: - http://studio.envato.com
