We have increased the size of the header and the logo image used for the left hand menu, but it is still displaying smaller then we would like. May you please let us know how to adjust this so are logo is bigger in our left hand menu.

You could achieve a bigger Logo by decrasing the padding in the left side area. In order to do so you can add the following CSS code into Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:
aside.eltd-vertical-menu-area { padding-left: 20px !important; padding-right: 20px !important; }
So this is how your left side area would look:
