I tried searching in the Elated Options of the page, especially in the Elated Side Menu Area, to no avail. All settings seem to be exactly the same as in the other pages that are normal.
Go to edit your shop page, and make sure that in Elated Header section, Header Skin is not set to dark:
If it's set to dark here it would override the settings from Elated Options, so you just change it to empty or light and it should fix the issue.
Anyway if that doesn't turn out to be the case, feel free to write back in and we'll try to devise an alternative solution. In this case, you should provide us your wp-admin credentials (in private reply).

How it was supposed to be:
