Hey, today I bought a Roslyn theme. I really liked the layouts you created, especially Lagerfeld and McQueen. I installed the theme, but I can not import any demo layouts such as Lagerfeld or McQueen . I can only import a Demo named Roslyn. How can I fix this error and what should I do to be able to download one of the ready layouts and be able to fit it to my preferences? Please help me because now I can not change the grid, I can not set the slides in the upper part of the site. I will be grateful for the tips. I’m sending a print screens.
I bought that theme to make my site look more professional but now it looks normal just like in the free Wordpress themes. If You can't help me please send me any instructions how can I make a complaint and get back my money.
What you are referring as layouts, are just different Pages you can use as your front page. So if you have imported Roslyn demo content completely, you can easy use any of these Pages as your homepage if you set it in Settings -> Reading:
If you don't have these pages imported, which you can also check in Pages section, make sure that you set these Import settings like on the following printscreen:

I'll try to guide you how to set your site to look like e.g. Lagerfeld home.
First you would have to deactivate all the plugins, except those which came with our theme. These are the only plugins for which we can guarantee they will work with our theme. You can see them on the following screenshot:
If you don't intend on using your site to sell products, you don't have to use WooCommerce, and also, you don't have to use Roslyn Instagram Feed, the Instagram Feed plugin you are using already is also compatible. But if you are using it, make sure you deactivated Roslyn Instagram Feed so they don't conflict with each other.
After that, you go and activate our theme, and set Lagerfeld as your home page like I instructed in previous reply.
In order to set your menu, you should go to Appearance -> Menus, and in Manage Locations tab, you will see that there are 2 locations in our theme for menus where you can assign the menu you created instead the one you imported with demo content:
Next you will go end edit the Lagerfeld page, and if you followed all the steps, you could do it with WPBakery Page Builder. If you are not familiar with it, there are a lot great tutorials out there, like this one:
Using it, you can easily change what posts, or images will be displayed. For example, to change posts displayed in this carousel element:
While editing the page, all you have to do is change the settings for this element:
As you can see there are bunch of options to decide which posts will be displayed. In our demo, we specifically included posts by IDs which we wanted to display. So you can delete those, and if you leave it empty, and e.g. set Sort by Latest it will display your latest 6 posts generally. If you want to specify the posts you want to display, you can find every post's ID when editing it, in it's URL:
