Anyway if you are to edit these files, the best approach should be that you use some FTP client, e.g. FileZilla.
You can find listing templates on the following path:
wp-content\plugins\eltd-listing\templates
Also note that if you update, or reinstall the listing plugin in a future, any changes you made will be lost.

I would like to edit the template of how the listing is made (using php).
I had found that the plugin doesn't support theme editing.
