Important notice: we will respond to all open ticket requests up until November the 1st. After this date, we will be unable to process the ticket requests here on Ticksy.
I apologize for the belated reply, we have been getting a lot of messages daily and are trying our best to keep up with every request. I hope you can understand.
In order to fix this issue please copy the following code into Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS or Elated Options > General > Custom CSS
.eltdf-drop-down .wide.left_position .second ul li, .eltdf-drop-down .wide.right_position .second ul li {
width: auto;
}
Hope this helps and if there is anything else that we can assist you with please don't hesitate to ask.
Kind regards,
Sean

I've tried to add your code to my custom CSS (even with more specific selectors and "!important;" parameter) and it has no effect, the "li" element width is always fixed at 200px.
Even if I try to put manually in my navigator's dev tools, the menu still look bad.
I have purchased your theme to avoid wasting my time in development... I'm really disappointed.
If I understood correctly what you are trying to achieve, you could go to Appearance -> Menus, and for Prestations menu item set the type to be empty, not wide:
This should make your submenu be displayed like here:
If you require any further assistance, don't hesitate to ask!
