Hi I have a few issues on my "contact us" page with the attached screenshots fyr.
1/ Google map is not showing at all, please advise how to solve this.
2/ Navigation bar - I have chosen divided/split and as you can see in my attached screenshots, the pages are repeating themselves on the right side rather than splitting in half as your demo shows?
3/ There is a default image that is used in the "contact us" block and I couldn't find where to change this image.
4/ There is a default black at the bottom above footer, I would like to ask where can I find it for me to change the content.
2- Please check if you have chosen different menus to be shown within the left and right menu areas at Appearance > Menus > Manage Locations > Left Navigation and Right Navigation. (see image below)
3- In order to change this image navigate to Pages > All Pages > edit the Contact us page > edit the row below the google map > Design Options > and upload a new image (see image below)
4- You cannot change that particular area however you can disable it by navigating to Pages > All Pages > edit the Contact us page > Elated Content Bottom > Enable Content Bottom Area > set this to No. (see image below)
and if you'd like to have that call to action function simply add a Call to Action shortcode at the end of the backend editor in WP Bakery on the same page. (see image above)
If you have trouble with any of these please provide us with your wp-admin details(in a private ticket) so we can log in and investigate this further. Thank you in advance.

Re #1: The map is now shown as "For development purposes only" on (https://japparelhk.com/contact-us/), where it leads me to the billing session in Google. May I ask if I have to pay to use the Elated Google Map? I have also been using WPBakery for my other websites and it usually comes with a default Google Map that doesn't allow payment. May I ask where can I find it please? I don't seem to find it as an element with the Audrey theme WPBakery Page Builder.
Unfortunately as of relatively lately Google Maps are no longer free to use on websites. Here you can find their pricing plans for Google Maps API Key: https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/pricing/
You do however get the following deal upon registering:
"Plus, get $200 in free usage for Maps, Routes, and Places every month"
so depending on your needs and use of the software you may not need to pay a monthly fee at all.

1- Most likely the google maps api key at Elated Options > General > Google API > Google Maps Api Key is not setup correctly.
