    Hi, the widget of my Elated Instagram title has been showing twice - top and bottom of my posts. Please find the attached screenshot for your reference and advice how to take out the Instagram title at the bottom after the posts please?

    Also is the only way to connect the Instagram account is through Elated Option? If I would like to connect another account, is the only solution going to be me logging out the current account and log back in with the desired account?

    Cheers,

    Karen

    Hello Karen,

    1- The upper title is already implemented within the footer. So all you need to do is leave the title area empty within the widget in your screenshot and that should leave only one title.

    2- Yes, you can only connect one Instagram account at a time. If you experience any issues with this, please navigate to: your-website.com/wp-admin/options.php page

    Then find all the _instagram_ fields and delete them:

    If you want to change the Instagram account, navigate to:
    www.instagram.com and make sure you are logged out.

    Then navigate to Theme Options > Social Networks > Connect with Instagram.

    - Also note that some web servers don't allow editing the database through options.php, so you might need to access database directly.

    Once this is done if it does not work check to see if you have been logged in to your Instagram account. If so do not log out this time and simply go back to Theme Options > Social Networks > Connect with Instagram and press the button once again this should connect the two and provide the following message:

    Hope this helps if there is anything else that we can help you with please don't hesitate to ask.

    Kind regards,

    Sean

    Hi Sean, thank you very much for your reply.

    I have tried your suggestion and when I take out the wordings in the Title, the default instagram title is displaying at the bottom as bottom title rather than upper title as attached. Can you have a look please?

    Cheers, Karen

    Hello Karen,

    It looks like the bottom title was the one implemented within the widget, so you could use the following code in Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS to hide it:

    .eltd-instagram-feed-overlay-title {
        display: none;
    }

    And then you can enter it to the title field of the widget as you did in the first place.

    I can also suggest that you try this 3rd party plugin for instagram feed:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/

    It has a more options than our bundled plugin, and according to our customers' feedback it should have no compatibility issues with the theme.

    If there is anything else that we can help you with, don't hesitate to ask!

    Best regards!

    Joey
