After days of trying, the demo version has successfully been downloaded into my staging site. However, when I try to go and change the header style, it doesn't change. Please help.

Also, how do you change the logo size?

    Hello,

    1. The way logo dimensions work:

Maximum logo height is determined by the header height option in Theme Options > Header.

As for the logo image itself, because of retina displays, image dimensions are being divided by 2. So if you upload the logo that is 100x100, the actual dimensions will be 50x50.

In case you want a logo that is 100x100, you need to upload an image that is 200x200, and set the header height to 100.

    2. You can set some Header options globally through Theme Options → Header or for some specific page within Elated Header page settings.

Understanding difference between Global Options and Page Options.
As an example we are going to focus on "Header Type" and "Header Skin" options.

    a) Global Options are represented in Dashboard > Theme Options.
For this example we are going to focus on Theme Options > Header. You can set Header Type and Header Skin here, and this will be applied to all the pages on your website, except from the pages that have Page Options set also.

     b) Page Options are represented in Dashboard > Pages > find and Edit single Page > scroll towards the bottom.
If the Page Options are set, these options will override the Global Options. So if you want all pages to use same options, you want to set these Page Options to "Default" value, only then it will use whatever you have set in Global Options.

    Hi there,

    1) Did you make sure that the settings in Elated Header section on individual page are not set differently than those in Onea Options? I've tested setting the menu from Onea Options on the latest theme's version in local environment and it worked well.

Make sure that Page settings are not overriding the Global ones. You can learn more about this from this helpful video tutorial:

If that doesn't turn out to be the issue here, you can provide us your wp-admin credentials along with your site's URL and we will investigate this further.

    2) In order to achieve Mega Menu you can go to Appearance -> Menus and change menu item type to Wide for the menu item you want to show Mega Menu on hover:

Then you go to Appearance -> Widgets where you can create a Custom Widget Area in which you will add Image widget that will be displayed in Mega Menu:

After that you go back to Appearance -> Menus and change the Custom Widget Area for the sub item of the menu item you've set to type Wide:

Change it to the Widget area you created earlier, and here is the result:

I'm now able to change the header style but now there are two sides where there are cart and wishlist. How can I mend this?

Also in the other picture, how can I replace Onea Logo?

    Hello there,

1- We have just checked this on your website and as you can see in the following screenshot it seems like you have found and made the change necessary?

2- In order to change the logo indicated in the second image you sent you should navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Side Area widget area > Onea Custom Font Widget. (see image below)

Hope this helps! If there is anything else that we can help you with please don't hesitate to ask.

    Kind regards,
