This means that plugin folder needs to be removed manually from the server. (You need basic FTP knowledge, and knowing your username/password for FTP, but explaining that kind of things is not covered with theme forest rules.)
Connect to the hosting server via FTP and just delete the plugin folder:
After this you will be able to upload the plugin again.
