We disabled Visual Composer - Frontend editor in all our themes, the reason for that is that some of our shortcodes use advanced JavaScript functionalities, and these elements will not get displayed correctly until you refresh the page after adding them.
You can still enable the Frontend editor by editing one of these two files:
wp-content/themes/nigiri/framework/modules/visualcomposer/visual-composer-config.php or wp-content/themes/nigiri/extendvc/extend-vc.php
And remove the entire 'vc_disable_frontend' function:
