I've noticed that on your site you are using latest WPBakery verision:
Unfortunately our theme is not yet compatible with WPBakery versions newer than version 5.7. Our dev team is working on theme update which will include latest WPBakery version, and it should be available soon. You can follow our theme's Change Log in order to find out when WPBakery latest version compatibility is included.
Until then, what I suggest is that you deactivate and delete your 6.3 WPBakery Page Builder, and navigate to https://kaosempire.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=install-required-plugins where version 5.7 which is bundled with theme will appear and you should install it and activate it which should solve the issue. Also you should probably activate WooCommerce plugin because there are some WPBakery elements depending on it and if you use them without active WooCommerce, your page could break.
