Please try to setup your permalinks in the following way at Setup > Permalinks > Common Settings > Custom Structure and add the following code:
/index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/
If this does not work, please try updating the theme to the newest version by performing the following steps:
Pre-Step: Deactivate and Delete all bundled plugins that come with the theme, especially the Core(CPT) plugin. This way they will be updated along with the theme as well.
1. Download latest All files & documentation file from ThemeForest (your Downloads page) 2. Extract it and locate searchandgo.zip and searchandgo-child.zip 3. In you admin panel navigate to Appearance > Themes and activate one of the default themes 4. Once active delete both the parent and child searchandgo themes 5. Upload the parent and child themes with the zip files from step 2 6. After uploading the theme files activate the parent theme and navigate to Theme Options > General and without changing anything simply save the settings.

I've investigated this problem, but unfortunately I was unable to reproduce the issue you are having on a latest theme version in local environment. So as we've already suggested in earlier reply, you should probably update the theme.
Otherwise, you could at least provide us wp-admin credentials so we can investigate this closer and see if there is any other acceptable solution.

We are in the process of testing this, the likely cause might be an incompatibility with the WPML plugin.
You could test this by setting up a version of your website within a subdomain without WPML and trying to search a listing you create. If this does not work the issue may be with your server configuration. If it does work please lut us know so that we can continue the multi language website testing locally.

We have just checked this out in your back-end and it seems like something on your end is causing this issue. Please try to download a fresh copy of this theme from Theme Forest site and then install / activate it. Then re-install all required plugins.
If the problem persists, try to deactivate all 3rd party plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.
You can follow this instructions below on how to update a theme via FTP →
First you need to use an FTP client (like FileZila).
You can upgrade your theme by performing the following steps:
1. Download latest All files & documentation file from ThemeForest (your Downloads page)
2. Extract it and locate theme-name.zip
3. Extract theme-name.zip and locate the theme-name folder
4. Copy/Replace the content of theme folder to /wp-content/themes/theme-name folder of your web site.
Using this method, none of existing content or settings will be lost.
We always recommend creating a full site backup before the update.

Changing the permalink will destroy the SEO of the site and it is not right.
After investigating the problem we found the following:
https://tinosecret.gr/listing-item/?keywords=&location=all&type=all - this one is the link from the search button from the front search listing shortcode that does NOT WORK
https://tinosecret.gr/listing-item/?keywords=&location=&type=all - and this is the link that works WELL when navigating into specific pages.
As you can see the first link has =all&type=all and the right one has =&type=all
This is the problem to be fixed and not changing the permalinks of the site after 3 years.
