I have a big problem, I can't customize my css styles. When I change style directly from wordpress backoffice Elated Options > Fonts, my changes are not effective. And directly from module.css in FTP, I have the same problem, no change ! Could you help me please ?? (see screenshot)
Regarding this particular issue, most likely the dynamic.css file not being generated.
Reasons why this wouldn't be working are:
a. Security or some other plugin. Please try to deactivate all your third party plugins, except plugins that came bundled with the theme and see if it helps. If the issue disappears, activate your plugins one by one and see if you can find the one that is causing the issue.
b. Permissions on JS and CSS folders, you need to FTP into your hosting and set permissions to 755 on theme/css and theme/JS folders. You can contact your hosting to do that for you.
c. PHP settings on the server - for this you can try different PHP version (anything above 5.6). And you should contact your hosting to check on why the PHP scripts are not being executed, and files are not being generated.
d. You can try adding this to wp-config.php file in your WordPress installation folder:
define('FS_METHOD', 'direct');
(This worked for me.)
The changes you made in module.css don't work because the theme is using minified module.min.css version.
If you require any futher help, you should provide us wp-admin credentials along your site URL, perhaps also FTP credentials so we can investigate this closer and provide you best possible solution.

Unfortunately, I tried all things : -Desactivate all plugins -Verify my permissions (all files are in 755) -My PHP version is 7.2 -And Finally I added this code "define('FS_METHOD', 'direct');" in my wp-config.php
And my problem with Template is the same. Please help !
1- In order to change the css please copy the code for what you'd like changed into Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS or Elated Options > General > Custom CSS. If you're unfamiliar with CSS you can contact us with detailed instructions on how and what you'd like changed and we will help you with it. Also, if possible please include screenshots and links to the pages in question so that we could provide you with a more precise answer.
2- As per the issue of the template category not changing, could you please be more specific as to what you'd like us to help you with? If possible, again, please include screenshots and links to the pages in question so that we could provide you with a more precise answer. Thank you in advance.

Ok for the first point. Thank you… But I have still problems. See attachment.(screenshot.jpg) Despite my Additional CSS, I don't see any changement (button or title). And I have this undesirable space between my two images, do you know how I can delete it ?
For the second point, I would like have an other layout. And when I change my Template, I have always a very basic template. Am I more specific with my screenshot? (screenshot2.jpg)
