Hi, the images shown in my Elated Image Gallery are really pixelated. They are of good quality images that are shared within the other pages of the website.
This may be an issue with your image dimensions. Please try to upload images that are similar in width and height. (see image below)
And use a predefined value for the size of the image, for example: thumbnail, medium, large, full, when editing the shortcode of the page. (see image below)

I have used your images and the same settings as you and on my local version everything is showing up as it should.
Please try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, please leave them deactivated and contact me again so that I can further inspect this issue.

Hi Sean, I have deactivated all of my plugins apart from Elated Core and WPBakery Page Builder and the problem still exists. Can you please have a look with the credentials I provided earlier please?
It seems as though the setting for the image size was the issue. I have changed it to full and it is working properly now. Of course, please, double check this.

Hello Karen,
You've probably missed to enter image size so it defaulted to thumbnail size (150x150):
And this is why it appears blurry. You should set this either to large/full or some custom size.
If that doesn't solve it, you should provide us your wp-login credentials (in private reply) so we could take a closer look.
