If you're talking about using a blog list shortcode on a standard page you can set the number of columns presented by navigating to and editing the page, scrolling to Elated Blog > Masonry - Number of Columns and selecting two columns. (see image below)
Or you could set the above option to default and navigate to Elated Options > Blog > Masonry - Number of Columns and set the number there. (see image below)
