    Hello,

    I am having some issues updating my website, I can enter to the admin Dashboard and navigate without any problem, but when I try to edit any page, I got this:

    This site can’t be reached

    The web page at https://dashasaidyes.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=5702&action=edit might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

    ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR

    I already tried different things:

    - Delete Cache in Browser and WP.

    - Deactivate all Plugins

    - Check SSL possible conflicts.

    etc.

    Nothing works, the only way I can update a page now is by activating another theme, then I edit my page, save, and go back and activate The Asile.

    Let me know if you have any clue about this.

    Best regards,

    Rafael

    Hello Rafael,

    I've inspected your site and noticed that you are using theme version 1.2, but TheAisle Core plugin version is 1.0.

    As you can see in our theme's change log in 1.2 theme version, core plugin is updated to 1.2, so perhaps you should update core plugin in order to fix this.

    Anyway if that doesn't help, you should provide us your wp-admin credentials in private reply so we can take a closer look.

    Best regards!

    Joey

    Hi there,

    I've investigated your issue, and first thing I noticed is that WPBakery was still outdated:

    However, updating it, unfortunately didn't fix the issue. Then I noticed that WooCommerce was deactivated while some of the plugins which were active are extending it's functionalites. So, when I activated it, I was finally able to go to page editor. Anyhow, the editor is not functional:

    What I can suggest you to do is to make a backup of the themes you have, so that you can delete them. Then you should go and download the latest theme version (1.3) and install it and all the bundled plugins. Alternatively you could try and update the existing theme. Anyway in both cases your content won't be lost because it's saved inside database on your server.

    If this issue persist when you've installed latest theme version, please write back in and we'll investigate it further.

    Best regards!

    Joey

    Hi Rafael,

    It seems as though your Master server resources are lacking. You can check this by using the WP-ServerInfo plugin I have installed on your website.

    Please make sure you raise the following Master server resources above the indicated minimum values:

    max_execution_time = 300
    memory_limit = 128M
    upload_max_filesize = 128M
    post_max_size = 256M
    max_input_vars = 3000

    You can do that by editing php.ini file that you can find on your server, or contact your hosting service to do this for you.

    Hope this helps! If there is anything else that we can help you with please don't hesitate to ask.

    Kind regards,

    Sean

    FYI. When I activate another theme, WB Bakery is launching.

    My guess is that I am having issues with WordPress 5 Compatibility and TheAisle. I need solution as soon possible appreciate thanks.

    Hi again,

    I have just tested this on a local installation with all the newest versions of the theme, plugins and wordpress and as you can see in the screenshot below everything works properly:

    7773864657.png

    This means that the issue lies ether with your server or files.

    In order to make sure the files are all in order please follow these steps:

    Pre-Step: Deactivate and Delete all bundled plugins that come with the theme, especially the Core(CPT) plugin and WP Bakery. This way they will be updated along with the theme as well.

    1. Download the latest All files & documentation file from ThemeForest (your Downloads page)
    2. Extract it and locate theaisle.zip and theaisle-child.zip
    3. In you admin panel navigate to Appearance > Themes and activate one of the default themes
    4. Once active delete both the parent and child The Aisle themes
    5. Upload the parent and child themes with the zip files from step 2
    6. After uploading the theme files activate the parent theme and navigate to Theme Options > General and without changing anything simply save the settings.

    This process will install the last version of WP Bakery that is tested fully for compatibility with our theme.

    If this does not help please try the following:

    Add following module to WordPress .htaccess file:

    SubstituteMaxLineLength 10m

    ...after the # END WordPress:

    1280970857.png

    ...and try editing pages. If the problem persists, replace that line of code with the following code:

    #WPBakery Timeout fixer - .htaccess SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M LimitRequestBody 9999999

    ...as seen here:

    5088157383.png

    If the problem still persist, you can try with 50 or 100m.

    Hope this helps! If there is anything else that we can help you with please don't hesitate to ask.

    Kind regards,
    Sean
