    First please note that we only offer support in English. Translating software is not reliable and we would like to avoid using it in the future so please submit your tickets in English.

    As per the issue please make sure you raise the following server resources above the indicated minimum values:

    max_execution_time = 300;
    memory_limit = 128M;
    upload_max_filesize = 128M;
    post_max_size = 256M;

    You can do that by editing php.ini file that you can find on your server, or contact your hosting service to do this for you.

    After you have done this please try to follow the steps provided in this article: Complete Guide To Demo Import

    or contact us and I will finish the demo import for you.
