In order to setup the WP Bakery page builder first please navigate to WPBakery Page Builder > Role Manager > Post types and select Custom, then check all of the boxes that appear(see image below)
Second, you will have to check the Disable Gutenberg check box at WPBakery Page Builder > General settings > Disable Gutenberg editor.(see image below)
This all should allow WP Bakery to function without any issue and thus you will be able to edit the shortcodes in the backend.
However, if the problem still persists, please provide us wp-admin credentials so we could inspect this and fix the issue as soon as possible!

I can't edit the page.
I only get classic view and can't seem to find a way to go back to the builder view.
