I have a problem getting the image/logo display using the elate image gallery carousel. The logo size I created is 250x125 which turn out to be very clear, however, when I add all 5 logo to the gallery using the following setting and it turn out on display 4 in a row and the image are so blurry. Could you please help me. Many thanks
This is probably an issue caused by the fact that you do not have more items than you set to be shown. Please try to set the carousel slider Number of visible items to at least one lower than the number of items you have, in this case that would be 4. This should allow the items to be scrolled through automatically.
Hope this helps! If there is anything else that we can help you with please don't hesitate to ask.
Kind regards,
Sean
