Is there any way to change the events permalink to be something else? I'd like to change it to /wellness/

    Hi there,

Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing our theme!

All custom post types require additional slugs like /portfolio-item/ or /job/ or /listing/.

Custom post types need do be read differently by WordPress than default post type such as blog, because you couldn't have the same name for blog post and portfolio post.

You can, however, change the these slugs to something else, you can usually do that through theme options.
Theme Options > Portfolio or Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.

Please note that these need to be unique, and there is no way to remove prefix completely, because of reasons mentioned above, you may only change it to your desire.

Hope this helps! If there is anything else that we can help you with please don't hesitate to ask.

    Kind regards,

    Sean

Yes I would like to change the /events/ slug to /wellness/. I went to Permalinks but that option to change it isn't there. Is there something else I can do to change that slug?

    Hi again,

    My apologies.

You can change the slug by navigating to Timetable > Events Post Type > Event Slug and set the one you'd like. (see image below)

after this you may need to refresh the permalink settings, so navigate to Settings > Permalinks > and choose one type of setting for the common settings save it then choose the previous one again and save it again.

If this does not change the slug of the events you have already made please try creating a new one and see if that one has the new slug in place.

Hope this helps! If there is anything else that we can help you with please don't hesitate to ask.

    Kind regards,

    Sean

    Hi again,

Usually issue with "Sorry, no posts matched your criteria." is caused by deleting a Category that was used in the List element. Now, even if you try to edit the element, you won't be able select any Category.

To resolve this issue just remove the complete List element and replace it with a new one.

Hope this helps! If there is anything else that we can help you with please don't hesitate to ask.

    Kind regards,

    Sean
