I try to set it but it appears just on the single post, not on the whole blog section. despite the fact that on the panel I set the sidebar also on archives and main blog page, it doesn't appear.
it's also very impossible to upload a profile picture on the blog profile widget.

1- In order to set the sidebar of the blog section please make sure all of the following is setup correctly:
Global Option at GretnaGreen Options > Blog > Sidebar Layout for Archive Pages and Sidebar to Display for Archive Pages are set to the proper size of the sidebar you'd like and the sidebar you setup with the following step. (see image below)
The next step would be to navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Sidebar widget area or a custom widget area that you create and set the widgets within it. (see image below)
For the last step please make sure that the pages you are viewing have sidebars enabled for them by navigating to and editing them, then scrolling to Elated Sidebar and setting the options to blank/default or the option you have previously set globally. (see image below)

Hello, thank you for your help, but the sidebar still doesn't work. I can see it on single post pages but not on the main page/home of the blog. Please, help me solving this problem.
Just go to alter that (Blog) page → then navigate to Elated Blog section → and choose desired Sidebar layout and Custom widget area.
Before that you can go to Appearance → Widgets → and then add desired widgets within some existing Custom Widget area or just create a new one and then add some desired widgets in.

What's actually not working is the sidebar. I can't see it on the main blog page with all the blog post previews, but just on single posts. I think it's not normal...
I've inspected your site, and it seems that you've set your Blog page for Posts page in Settings -> Reading. If that's the case, your blog page is not recognized by our theme as an blog archive page, instead it is recognized as a default page, and this is the reason sidebar is not getting displayed. So you can either leave posts page empty in Settings -> Reading:
Or, you could go to GretnaGreen Options -> Sidebar Area, and enable sidebar on default pages:
Let us know if this works for you, and in case it doesn't you should provide us your wp-admin credentials in private reply so we could investigate this further.

Still the blog is not working but I can't open a ticket for another issue, because the theme I bought Gretna Green isn't on the list.
I don't like all these problems, but my new request is: can I have a complete and efficient guide on how to set the portfolio with all the possibile options? I can't find anything on the web. can you please provide it?
