The problem lies in Visual Composer's script. They didn't include support for HTTPS. You can open listed files above and search for the following keywords: http://www.youtu http://player.vimeo http://vimeo
You will have to use some FTP client like FileZilla.
So just open listed files and search for keywords we mentioned, you can use any text editor, and just replace http with https and it should work.
You can make backup of these files because it will be overridden when you update WP Bakery PB (Visual Composer).
Clear browser cache after that.

Try to replace http with https within these files:
/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/lib/prettyphoto/js
wp-content/themes/assets/js/modules/plugins/jquery.prettyPhoto.js
