    In the "text" box of the workflow items on my page,  I have entered some text with line returns, however they render out as <br/> tags instead of showing the line breaks. How can I fix this?

    Hello there,

    Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing our theme!

    I've customized our core plugin in order to make this displayed correctly when you use new line in text area, so to make this work, you should delete existing TheAisle Core plugin from your site, and upload and install the one I've attached for you.

    Hi, that worked, however I'm having the same problem with the "icon with text" element. I am still getting "<br />" and I want to be able to add a link in the text but it just doesn't render the text at all when I enter "<a href=...." into the text box in the editor.

    I'm sending you latest version of Core plugin where is fixed issue. So first deactivate and delete the current one and then install a new one. Find it in the attachment.

    Hi, the <br> issue is fixed, however when I add link text it doesn't render the text out at all. Here's what I have in the "text" field of the left "icon with text" element (I've replaced "<" and ">" html tags with "[" and "]" so it shows the HTML here):

    - find a registry
    - enter either of our first names
    - Registry number: 680591

    Hi there,

    By default, certain HTML tags are disabled for some elements because of security reasons. That can be changed by removing esc_html function within some theme files fot the Icon with text:

    wp-content/plugins/theaisle-core/shortcodes/icon-with-text/templates/iwt-icon-left-from-title.php

    For the workflow: 

    wp-content/plugins/theaisle-core/shortcodes/workflow/templates/workflow-item-template.php

    Is it posibble that you have updated the theme and so that the plugin you were provided with was overwritten.

    If you are still encountering issues with this please provide us with your Wp-admin in a private reply access so we can check this on your end.
