when I try to use the Spleet screen home page, it doesn't make me change any part of it, in particular the ELATED PRODUCT INFO MINIMAL section. It shows a white windows (see attachment before and after).
I do have some product uploaded into the theme, so I do not understand why it is happening. Please help me out.
I've investigated your issue, and though you have products in theme, those have different product IDs from the products we were using in our demo, and this is why this shortcode breaks when you try to edit it. Solution to this issue is to remove these Elated Product Info Minimal shortcodes and add a new ones.
After you do that those settings should work fine:
