For the images and content of sharing, you need to install a third party plugin that is handling Open Graph protocol. This protocol is a set of meta tags in the head of one web page and is used to define every single piece of data related to sharing - link, title, description, image etc. Here are some of plugins for that purpose:
The "Redirect attachment URLs to the attachment itself?" it set to yes by default, and It does not work, can I please know why it can shows your theme image by default? Can I just change that image to another one?

ALL I NEED TO KNOW IS, HOW DO I REMOVE YOUR PICTURE AND REPLACE IT WITH MINE. I DON'T NEED ANOTHER ARTICLE REFERENCE.

I got the solution, go to Academist Option-> Social Network - > Open Graph -> Default Share Image, then you can change the image!
