You can find all course related labels in the academist-lms.pot file on the following path: \wp-content\plugins\academist-lms\languages\academist-lms.pot. 

As I've already stated in one of your earlier tickets you can use same translating software for that.

I've inspected your site and noticed that you've already managed to remove some of these elements you mentioned. There is only instructor info below title:

If you want to remove that as well, you can add the followign code snippet into Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

.eltdf-course-single-holder .eltdf-course-basic-info-wrapper {
    display: none;
}

- Resume: 

wp-content/plugins/academist-lms/post-types/instructor/admin/meta-boxes/instructor-meta-boxes.php

wp-content/plugins/academist-lms/post-types/course/shortcodes/course-table/templates/parts/button.php

wp-content/plugins/academist-lms/post-types/course/profile/templates/courses-list.php

wp-content/plugins/academist-core/post-types/team/admin/meta-boxes/team-meta-boxes.php

- Description:

wp-content/plugins/academist-lms/post-types/course/helper-functions.php

- Syllabus:

wp-content/plugins/academist-lms/post-types/course/templates/single/parts/curriculum.php

Make sure to backup these changes or use the child theme to implement them since they will be overridden with every theme update you perform.
