In order to set Shop page same as we did on demo, you should navigate to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products and set Shop page:
Than you should go to Shop page editor and in Elated Sidebar section, set the sidebar properly:
Previously we have made Shop Sidebar widget area in Appearance -> Widgets and populated it with some widgets.
However, if this doesn't work for you, it would be the best if you provide us your wp-admin credentials in a private reply, so that we can take a closer look at your site, and provide more precise solution.

Hi, I've tried to set up the shop page with a side bar (please find an example here: https://sahel.elated-themes.com/shop/).
I tried several times but unfortunately it isn't working.
This is the page with no side bar: https://www.attilioprimo.it/work/paglione/shop/
I also made another page, this time the side bar is running but I am not able to add contents. Please find it here: https://www.attilioprimo.it/work/paglione/shop-2/
I need the sidebar in the shop page.
