    I cannot get the theme to upload to my hosting server - it time-out with a message "something went wrong"

    Hi there,

    Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing our theme!

    Please first make sure you raise the following server resources above the indicated minimum values:

    max_execution_time = 300
    memory_limit = 128M
    upload_max_filesize = 128M
    post_max_size = 256M
    max_input_vars = 3000

    You can do that by editing php.ini file that you can find on your server, or contact your hosting service to do this for you.

    Then make sure you download the latest All files & documentation file from ThemeForest (your Downloads page) and extract it to locate the virtuoso.zip and virtuoso-child.zip. Now using these extracted files try uploading the theme again.

    Hope this helps! If not please provide us with your wp-admin details(in a private ticket) so we can log in and investigate this further.
