hello I purchased the Vino website through envato. Downloaded the item and following your how to install instructions found that when I tried to upload the revslider.zip file into wordPress it was not available. I tried uploading other items from the download but none of them were accepted by Wordpress.
Attached are screen grabs of the zip folder I have downloaded and the error message from WordPress.
Can you please provide me with the correct reslider.zip file for the vino website I have purchased.

These are bundled plugins that you can install by navigating to Appearance > Install Plugins and select the ones you'd like installed. (see image below)
In order to import the demo please first make sure you raise the following server resources above the indicated minimum values:
You can do that by editing php.ini file that you can find on your server, or contact your hosting service to do this for you.
After you have done this please try to follow the steps provided in this article:

I am unable to install as per your instruction as WordPress does not give me those options under the Appearance heading. Please see screen grab attached of the options available.
My only options under this heading are Themes / Customize / Theme Editior
What are my other options to make the installation?
I have been able to load the website, I just need to fix my WordPress account.
On another note, I am a little bit over having to load all the data in myself and work out the fonts and headers. Do you have a team who can load everything up for me?
