1- Please make sure that you have setup the proper page as your shop page by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Shop page and choose the one you'd like. (see image below)
If this is setup correctly then navigate to Pages > All Pages > edit the page you selected as the shop page > Elated Sidebar and select the one you'd like. (see image below)
If the desired sidebar is not listed in the above indicated dropdown please navigate to Appearance > Widgets > and create a new one as the one indicated in the image below:
Or you could start the demo import option once again and use the following settings:

2- I have noticed that you duplicated menu items several times. To fix this you should install this helpful plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/quick-remove-menu-item/
Then go to Appearance > Menus and remove duplicated menu items.
