Having an issue with the product by attribute sidebar feature with Woocommerce not working, waiting on an update. Seems like the same issue here: https://elated.ticksy.com//ticket/2041780/ Different theme but same issue. Loving the Satine feel though!

Please check to see if the sidebar widget area is setup to have the filter in question:
Also please check if you are using that sidebar for the page in question by editing the page and scrolling to Elated Sidebar > Choose Widget Area in Sidebar. (see image below)
If this doesn't help please provide us with your wp-admin details(in a private ticket) so we can log in and investigate this further.
