    Welcome to your support management and thank you for choosing our theme!

    As this feature works on our local version please try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, please provide a temporary admin login and URL to your site and I’ll take another look.

    I added you on wp using your email

    basically the main issue is that the drop down menu is not going on pc and all menu is not going on mobile. and i suppose the 2 console mistakes are the reason.

    Could you please deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue. If you still have issues after you have deactivated all of your plugins, please leave the plugins deactivated and contact us again so that I can take a closer look.

    Also you may want to try reverting back some plugins to versions that are compatible with our theme. For instance WooCommerce, as you can see in the image below, is fully tested and compatible with our theme up to the version 3.6.5.

    In order to revert bundled plugins please deactivate and delete them and install them from the package by using the Appearance > Install plugins option from your dashboeard.

    As I already told you, "Could you please deactivate all of your plugins", Yes, I already did last week and again just 5 minutes ago. And from pc, the drop-down menu is not going, and from mobile the menu is not going. So the problem is not connected with the plugins. Could you please check, thank you.

    My apologies for missing that.

    In that case, since the plugins aren't causing an issue and we cannot replicate this on our local installation, please update the theme and plugin files to make sure none are corrupted or damaged in any way. To do so please follow these steps:

    Pre-Step: Deactivate all plugins and Delete all bundled plugins that come with the theme, especially the Academist Core plugin.

    1. Download the latest All files & documentation file from ThemeForest (your Downloads page)
    2. Extract it and locate academist.zip and academist-child.zip
    3. In you admin panel navigate to Appearance > Themes and activate one of the default themes
    4. Once active delete both the parent and child academist themes
    5. Upload the parent and child themes with the zip files from step 2
    6. After uploading the theme files activate the parent theme and navigate to Academist Options > General and without changing anything simply save the settings.
