I have a Google Api Key and I entered the key but still nothing appears. There are not any error in the console.

As this issue does not occur on our local version, could you please provide us with your wp-admin details(in a private ticket) so we can log in and investigate this further?
Also, you could try to use the following plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/api-key-for-google-maps/
Just to make sure that the API key is setup appropriately along with all of its options.
